Background: Raised in American Fork Utah. Played high school and college football at American fork and Snow College. I have been A personal trainer and a football coach for the last seven years.
Goal: To design and execute Individual and small group exercise fitness programs tailored to the needs and obtainable goals of the individual in a safe and effective way
Eliza played PAC-12 volleyball at the University of Utah and developed a love for health and fitness during her time as an athlete.
She was inspired by her team strength coach, nutritionist and sports scientist and decided to pursue personal training after finishing her athletic career.
She is a NASM certified personal trainer and NASM certified nutrition coach. She has trained hundreds of clients and is passionate about helping people become their healthiest.
She is passionate about group training and loves helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.
My love for exercise developed at the age of 7, when I promised myself I would do anything I could to play soccer at the collegiate level.
I lived my dream, became a National Champion, & received a Bachelors in Exercise Science from BYU Hawaii in 2017.
Since then, I have coached soccer at the collegiate & high school level, & have become certified in Group Fitness.
Being a part of someone's health & fitness journey is so rewarding & keeps me motivated. I love helping people meet their fitness goals & seeing them transform into the healthiest version of themselves.
Hi! I’m Cassie Adams. I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I’m originally from Pittsburgh and went to school at BYU-Idaho. I have 4 active kids, 3 boys and a girl that keep me busy. I graduated with my teaching degree but personal training is my true passion! I grew up playing basketball and softball. I love HIIT training and outdoor activities most. I can’t wait to help everyone meet their fitness goals.

I studied Public Health at BYU. Coached Crossfit for 6 years. Personal trainer for 9.
Worked in CA and British Columbia in therapeutic weight loss programs.
Certified in Freestyle Movement and Precision Nutrition.
I have had a passion for exercise since I was young. I grew up playing soccer and basketball, and my love of physical fitness continued through college.
I graduated from BYU in 2017 with a degree in Exercise and Wellness and have been training ever since.
I love helping people become more confident in themselves, and their abilities, through exercise.
