Please know that cleaning and disinfection of surfaces, floors, equipment, etc. are being repeated regularly and tirelessly, as we strive to do our part in providing you a quality, safe, and clean facility to continue your fitness journey. Class Attendance Update:
Currently, PHF is running the regular schedule shown below. Since PHF has a very large space to hold classes in (see video), there is plenty of room to accomodate each client at the safe distance of 6 feet apart, with room to spare. As per current group # recommendations, each class will be limited to 9 clients and 1 trainer.
For the last 2 years, Power HIIT Fitness has had the pleasure of offering an open schedule in which a client could drop in to any class of choice without a reservation. Unfortunately, at this time to ensure a safe, healthy atmosphere, class sign ups will now be required to hold a spot for any given class. A client may still "Walk-in" without a reservation, but will not be admitted unless there is a "reservation no-show" or open reservation spots are still available upon arriving. If all spots are filled and you arrive without a reservation, you will be asked to come back for a class that is not full.
Class sign ups can be found in the drop down menu under Group Classes in the menu bar. Be aware, you must be on time for your scheduled class, or your spot will be given to the next person waiting. There is no cost involved to sign up for a class, however, if you miss your class, you will not be allowed to sign up for more classes in the future. With limited numbers per class, we do not want spaces to go unused and others to miss out.
PHF Closed March 30-April 12, 2020
It is with a very sad heart, that Power HIIT Fitness must close its building to the public at this time. With the increasing rates of the spreading Coronavirus, PHF will remain closed for a minimum of 14 days, as per the Governor's Directive given on March 26, 2020. The situation will be reassessed on April 12, and an update on status will be posted at that time.
"POWER HIIT LIVE"
In the interim, we at PHF are excited to introduce "POWER HIIT LIVE". On Wednesday, April 1st, our members will have access to a link for a Power HIIT Fitness workout-at-home video, featuring one of our trainers. These will be workouts using little to no equipment. However, regular at home items will be suggested for equipment substitutions as needed.
For those whom are not current members of Power HIIT Fitness, that would like to take part in Power HIIT Live, send a message with contact info via the website to get more details. The Reservation system is still in place and will resume presently, to ensure there will not be over-crowding at any given class time.* Be sure to reserve your spot in advance (Up to 7 days available), as Power HIIT Fitness also reserves the right to cancel a class that does not meet a minimum number of booked attendees.** As we have become acutely aware, time is precious for everyone. We want to utilize it in the best way possible for all of us.

*The crowd gathering regulations have changed, and now up to 20 people can share the same space at any given time, although, "safe distancing" measures will remain in effect, as predicted. As in any public situation, if you feel at risk in case of an accidental infringement in safe distancing efforts, please wear a mask for your added protection. Remember, wherever you are, do not touch your face before washing your hands thoroughly.
**Details can be found in the reservations' descriptions when you "book". Booking is always free for group classes. However, Private Training Sessions do require paid deposits when Booking.
Due to "COVID19", Power HIIT Fitness Workouts will only be available online. The workouts will be uploaded and available via online link and reside for 24 hours on the Power HIIT Fitness You Tube Channel.

NEW: POWER HIIT LIVE
Power HIIT LIVE launches Wednesday, April 1st, 2020! Online PHF At Home Workouts will be offered to current members at no additional cost.
* The Open Gym sessions are open to anyone 18 and older (Those younger than 18 must have a parent or guardian present, participate w/ parent, and have a minor's waiver signed by parent/guardian attached to (parent's) waiver on file with PHF before using any part of the facility.) Open Gym sessions are included for PHF Members at no additional cost. Those whom are PHF Partners may attend open gym via the same protocols as when attending a regular group class at PHF. All other attendees will be charged $5 per person, per session (NO membership required. Signed Waiver is required). These are open gym sessions, they are not for individual private training sessions. Personal Trainers and/or those desiring Private Training may contact PHF via the Website for information and availability regarding scheduling and/or booking the facility or a Private Session w/ a PHF Trainer. All Trainers must have current certifications and personal liability insurance policies.
